eHarmony: "Compatability"
Visual Storytelling Project
The Problem: Develop a 30 second TV spot for eHarmony, but it must feature no dialogue and only two graphic cards.
The Strategy: Working with Amy McEwan and Kerry O' Connor, we researched the benefits of eHarmony and placed our focus on its compatability-matching services between people. From there, we collaborated on the underlying concept that eHarmony's compatability is so efficient that not only will the couple like each other, but even their best friends will approve.
My Contributions: I suggested the use of two well-known friends at the BrandCenter (Dylan Phillips and Joe Carr) to demonstrate the sadness or suspicion one might feel when a third friend starts dating. I also worked on storyboard concepts, edited together shots and filmed multiple scenes within this. The dinner scene was, in part, set up by me. The base idea was develop jointly by Amy, Kerry and I.
